There are many commonly used reinforcement methods at present, and carbon fiber reinforcement is widely used. There are two main methods of carbon fiber reinforcement: carbon fiber cloth and carbon fiber board reinforcement.

二、Principles of Carbon Fiber Reinforcement

   The reinforcement principle of carbon fiber cloth is to prepreg carbon fibers with extremely high tensile strength into composite reinforcement materials (unidirectional continuous fibers) using epoxy resin; Apply epoxy resin adhesive along the direction of tension or perpendicular to the crack direction to the structure to be reinforced, forming a new composite. This enhances the crack or shear resistance of the structure by allowing the reinforcing adhesive material to work together with the original reinforced concrete, improving its strength, stiffness, crack resistance, and elongation. The principle of carbon fiber board reinforcement is to use a composite material made of carbon fiber and resin extruded together with a special resin for carbon fiber board, which is pasted on the surface of the component to form a new composite body. 三、Process characteristics

4、Has flexibility, is easy to cut, and can wrap complex shaped components. Components of various shapes such as beams, columns, slabs, pipes, and walls; 

5、Easy construction (without the need for large machinery and turnover materials), easy operation, and good economy;

6、Short construction period, non-toxic and environmentally friendly.

7、Long storage life and long quality assurance period.
